Feedback sought as KV Go service ends November 9

Quispamsis and Rothesay are seeking feedback from residents as the KV Go bus service (Demonstration Project) comes to an end on Sunday, November 9, at the conclusion of its daily run.

The 90-day Demonstration Project saw hundreds of riders utilize a free, accessible, local public transit option in Quispamsis and Rothesay, with stops at various key locations. While this project is concluding, consideration of a long-term transit solution in the Kennebecasis Valley remains.

We want to hear from riders about their experiences with KV Go. Our KV Go Ridership Survey will remain online through Monday, November 17. All respondents will be entered into a draw to win a $50 gift card.

Another survey will be launched in the coming weeks where we will seek feedback from residents who did not use KV Go.

We have been monitoring ridership numbers throughout the demonstration project. We will analyze the information and survey feedback as we consider next steps.

Thank you to everyone who has taken advantage of KV Go. We would encourage you to try the service this week and share your comments with us.
