New home, new look for Q-1-1 Reporter

Quispamsis residents can report problems or concerns with town infrastructure and facilities at a new link online.

The Q-1-1 Reporter system can now be found here:

All “Report a Problem” links on the town’s website have been updated.

The online form also has some enhanced features, including a larger, 500-character limit and the ability to upload photos to support your submission.

Mark the location by entering a civic address or by dropping a pin using the new map-pin feature, then provide contact information and click “Submit” to send the issue directly to the appropriate town staff.

Following submission, a green pop-up box will appear with a four-digit service request number. Record that number to reference the submission when seeking follow-up information.

Note: Google Chrome and Safari are the preferred web browsers for submissions although the new system is compatible with others. If you experience difficulties, please call (506) 849-5778 to report a problem.
