Public Notice: Proposed By-Law Amendment No. 053-01; A By-Law of the Municipality of Quispamsis Respecting the Planning Advisory Committee

Public Notice is hereby given that the Quispamsis Town Council intends to consider enacting By-law Amendment No. 053-01; A By-Law of the Municipality of Quispamsis Respecting the Planning Advisory Committee.

The proposed Planning Advisory Committee by-law has been updated to include:

·       Update concerning how committee members are reimbursed for their time and personal vehicle usage for Committee business.

The proposed By-law Amendment No. 053-01 received first and second reading at the February 17, 2026 Regular Meeting and third and final reading will be considered by Council at the March 17, 2026 Regular Meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., and is held in the council chambers of the Quispamsis Town Hall, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, New Brunswick.

The proposed amendment may also be inspected by any interested person during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive, at the Quispamsis Town Hall, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, New Brunswick.
