Quispamsis hosting open houses to discuss Cedar Ridge watermain extension

Quispamsis will be installing a new watermain through Cedar Ridge Boulevard from Ridge Manor Drive to Lindwood Court. This project will connect to the existing watermain at the intersection of Ridge Manor Drive and to a future watermain on Hampton Road to provide system redundancy and improve the servicing for future development, and fire flow water. It will also offer residents the option of connecting to the municipal water system.
 
This work is tentatively scheduled to start in mid-September with anticipated completion in late November, weather and conditions permitting. Residents and businesses in the area were notified this week with information hand-delivered by town staff.
 
Residents throughout our community are invited to open houses on Thursday, August 28, 2-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at Quispamsis Town Hall Council Chambers, 12 Landing Court, where you can view the plans for this project, ask questions and offer feedback to the contractor and town staff.
