Quispamsis passes 2025 budget with tax rate of $1.2599

Quispamsis Town Council approved the town’s 2025 General Operating Fund Budget at a special virtual meeting held Tuesday.

The total operating budget will be $37,228,838 while the property tax rate will be $1.2599 (per $100 of assessment), a decrease of 1.78 cents from the previous year.

The non-residential property tax rate will be $2.1418, a decrease of 3.03 cents from the previous year.

Council also approved a 2025 General Capital Fund Budget of $7,023,000.
