Road Construction Notice: 2025 Street Capital Upgrades Completed

Quispamsis has completed its 2025 Street Capital Upgrades program.

All projects funded through this year’s program have concluded with only some minor maintenance activities remaining. These activities are not expected to impact traffic.

Residents may notice staff working in various locations around the town over the next few weeks, surveying and identifying potential projects for next year’s Street Capital Upgrades program in conjunction with the 2026 budget process.

These locations will be identified in the spring.

There is work ongoing at the 565 Gondola Point Road Wastewater Lift Station #4, 565-609 Gondola Point Road forcemain installation, Millennium Drive and Cedar Ridge Boulevard which are funded outside of the Street Capital Upgrades program.

These projects are all expected to be completed before the end of 2025, weather and conditions permitting.
