Current Work

Meenan’s Cove Road - Phase 3 (between civic address 143 and Rockefeller Drive) – Landscaping.

Ambassador Drive – Landscaping.

Olympic Court – Landscaping.

Captain Court – Landscaping.

Aurora Boulevard – Seal asphalt and sidewalk paving followed by landscaping and driveway resolution. This road is closed to thru traffic.

Elliott Road (at intersection with Palmer Brook Road) – Storm sewer installation, driveway culverts and ditching. Traffic control will be in place. Expect delays and consider alternate routes where possible.

Detours

While it is anticipated the duration of construction on each street will be limited, motorists are advised to expect traffic delays during the construction period. The town will make every effort to always maintain one lane open or ensure flag persons and/or other forms of traffic control will be on site to direct traffic through the construction area.

Notes

The 2025 Street Capital Upgrades program is expected to operate into September. The work is being performed by Debly Enterprises Ltd. and subcontractors. A full list of streets identified for upgrades is available here.

The work performed, timelines and streets affected are all subject to change. The public will be notified of any major changes.
