Current Work

Meenan’s Cove Road - Phase 3 (between civic address 143 and Rockefeller Drive) – Clearing and grubbing, driveway culverts. Traffic control stoplights to move to other side of the road.

Ambassador Drive – Culvert work complete. Regrading and paving to come, followed by landscaping.

Olympic Court – Culvert work complete. Regrading and paving to come, followed by landscaping.

Captain Court – Culvert work complete. Regrading and paving to come, followed by landscaping.

Aurora Boulevard – Excavating roadway to prepare for sidewalk and new roadway installation. This road is closed to thru traffic.

Detours

While it is anticipated the duration of construction on each street will be limited, motorists are advised to expect traffic delays during the construction period. The town will make every effort to always maintain one lane open or ensure flag persons and/or other forms of traffic control will be on site to direct traffic through the construction area.

Notes

The 2025 Street Capital Upgrades program is expected to operate into September. The work is being performed by Debly Enterprises Ltd. and subcontractors. A full list of streets identified for upgrades is available here.

The work performed, timelines and streets affected are all subject to change. The public will be notified of any major changes.
