Meenan’s Cove Road - Phase 3 (between civic address 143 and Rockefeller Drive) – Gravel driveway reinstatement, cross culvert work.

Elliott Road (at intersection with Palmer Brook Road) – Landscaping.

Bradley Lake Road – Line painting.

**Also, please note work in the area of 565 Gondola Point Road Wastewater Lift Station #4, 565-609 Gondola Point Road forcemain installation and Millennium Drive, which are funded outside of the Street Capital Upgrades program.

Detours

While it is anticipated the duration of construction on each street will be limited, motorists are advised to expect traffic delays during the construction period. The town will make every effort to always maintain one lane open or ensure flag persons and/or other forms of traffic control will be on site to direct traffic through the construction area.

Notes

The 2025 Street Capital Upgrades program is expected to operate into September. The work is being performed by Debly Enterprises Ltd. and subcontractors. A full list of streets identified for upgrades is available here.

The work performed, timelines and streets affected are all subject to change. The public will be notified of any major changes.
