Planning and Development Services reviews each proposed project in rigorous detail prior to approval. Further approvals may be required through our Planning Advisory Committee (PAC).

• We have a new online permit portal where you can complete your permit applications in just a few minutes. This process is designed to limit delays and get you started on your project more quickly.
• Building inspections are booked online and are completed in a timely manner.
