The Town of Quispamsis seeks to work collaboratively with members of the community and Town staff to resolve bylaw violations when they are noted.
Bylaws are enforced using a complaint-based system. We do not employ full-time bylaw enforcement officers.
Land use bylaws are enforced by Town of Quispamsis staff. You can report a problem through our Q-1-1 Reporter System.
Complaints surrounding, traffic, parking, noise and outdoor fires can be directed to the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force and, potentially, the Kennebecasis Valley Fire Department.
Animal Control is managed by the New Brunswick SPCA.
If you believe someone is in contravention of a bylaw and are unsure whom to contact, please refer to the bylaw in question.
