Inspections

All buildings in Quispamsis need to be constructed and renovated in accordance with standards, codes and bylaws. Our Planning and Building Inspection staff review plans, issue permits and perform inspections to ensure the safety and integrity of all structures, as well as compliance with applicable bylaws.

Any and all developments and construction of buildings require a permit, including site work, building, locating, relocating, maintaining, demolishing, altering, or replacing any building or structure.
