Dr. Kerrie Luck is serving her first term as Deputy Mayor and her second term on Quispamsis Council.
Kerrie brings a wide range of experience and skills to her role, having worked in both the public and private sectors. She has more than 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist, as well as a consultant, researcher, and advocate, allowing her to approach issues through a unique and informed lens.
She also has extensive management and board experience, with a strong track record in project management, business success, and collaborative leadership to achieve organizational goals. Her academic background includes a Bachelor and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (Dalhousie University, 1994, 2013) and a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies (University of New Brunswick, 2018).
During her first term on Council, Kerrie served on the Kennebecasis Regional Police Board and the Trade and Convention Centre Committee.
Kerrie has called Quispamsis home for nearly three decades, and there is nowhere she would rather live!
She is married to Sean Luck and has two children, Sara and Daniel. In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, swimming, golfing, playing pickleball, pottery, and volunteering with her therapy dog, Winnie.
Kerrie believes that through strong governance, economic development, and enhancing quality of life, Quispamsis can continue to be the best place to live, work, and play.
